1. Using Taskida

By creating an account, you agree to use Taskida responsibly. Don't abuse the service, don't harass other users, and don't try to break our systems. We built this tool to help people work better - please use it that way.

2. Your Account & Data

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• The content you create in your workspace
• The team members you invite
• Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We're responsible for keeping your data safe and the platform running smoothly.

3. Acceptable Use

Don't use Taskida to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or spam
• Attempt to access other users' private data
• Reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

4. Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters. Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. Short version: we don't sell your data, we don't track you unnecessarily, and we protect your information.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

For paid plans:

• You'll be billed according to the plan you choose
• You can cancel anytime - no penalties
• Currently, we do not offer refunds

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Taskida running 24/7, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues happen. We'll communicate any planned downtime in advance when possible.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Create security risks for other users
• Fail to pay for subscribed services

You can also delete your account anytime from your settings. Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

You own the content you create in Taskida. We own the Taskida platform and code. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute our software without permission. White-label and enterprise customers get specific licensing - contact us for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Taskida is provided "as is." We're not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. Use the service responsibly and back up important data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Taskida evolves. Continued use of Taskida after changes means you accept the new terms.
