• Workspace Data: The projects, tasks, and notes you explicitly create.
• Subscription Status: We store your current plan status. We do not store payment information; all billing is handled by secure third-party processors.

2. What We Don't Do

• We don't use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We don't track your activity outside of Taskida.
• We don't use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Data Access & Sharing

Your data is shared only in these cases:

• With your team: Tasks and projects are visible to members you've invited to your workspace.
• Infrastructure: Our hosting and database providers store the data on our behalf under strict security protocols.
• Legal: Only if required by a valid legal order.

4. Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and hash passwords using secure algorithms. While no system is perfect, we follow best practices to keep the servers secure and your data protected from unauthorized access.

5. Your Control

You can update your information or delete your account at any time from your settings. When an account is deleted, all associated workspaces, projects, and tasks are removed from our active databases.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Continued use of Taskida after any changes means you accept the new policy.
